Izabel Goulart has arrived in Paris today, after a short flight from London. She sends us this Instagram photograph of the Opera Garnier or Palais Garnier, which occupies the north side of the city’s Place de l’Opera. Izabel should feel quite at home here as she spent the first two years of her modelling career in France.
And, when in Paris, what does a supermodel do? Go straight to the gym for a workout, of course.
On Day 3 of her visit to London, Izabel Goulart was on location today for a film shoot wearing a stunning full length figure-hugging BodyAmr dress. ” Amazed by the design of the set I’m filming today!!”, she says.”Can you believe it only took 3 days to build it?! Team work!!”. Thank goodness we still have a few British craftsmen able to impress our foreign visitor.
Despite working for over 12 hours on this lavish set, she still made time for a daily workout routine, though it was pretty late in the evening. Backing track Phresh Out The Runway by Rhianna.

It’s a lazy monday morning for Izabel Goulart and her pet Pomeranian dog, Harlow. Getting out of bed and back to the daily grind is hard but, disciplined as always, they are both off to the gym for a workout. Harlow seems to think that means its time to play ball. Izabel has other ideas though, and has created an Instagram hashtag #BodyByIza to share her training ideas and tips with her fans.
While the rest of us are busy catching up on last-minute Christmas shopping, Izabel Goulart is doing what she does every day without fail, working out in her hometown of Sao Carlos, Brazil. In these Instagram photographs, she is demonstrating two yoga positions, often performed in sequence. The plank position (top), helps to build abdominal strength, strengthening the arms and keeping wrists supple and healthy, the footballs are an aid to develop balance at the same time. From the plank position, it is usual to transition to the cobra position (bottom), a back bend that stretches muscles on the front of the torso and strengthens arms and shoulders.
Displaying those beautiful superlong tanned legs, Izabel Goulart illustrates a ‘Cool Down Calves’ routine using TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) suspension straps to build and develop the calf muscles. Keeping the body in an isometric (fixed) position, the heels are lifted and lowered from the ground to contract and expand the calves.
